Going on a drinking binge is obviously not healthy. Alcohol is well known to cause a litany of health issues when abused. Short term, a drinking binge will dehydrate you; this cause headaches, fatigue, and nausea. If you are habitual drinker who regularly binge drinks then liver and heart disease, among many other health issues, can become a reality.

Binge drinking can be defined as heavy alcohol consumption in a short time period with the intent of getting drunk. As opposed to social drinking, or having a drink at meal, binge drinking occurs with the sole purpose of getting as impaired as possible.
